About the role

The Registered Nurse – ICU will provide safe, compassionate, and individualized care to critically ill patients in a fast‑paced hospital environment. Working within the scope of practice, the nurse will prioritize patient health, wellbeing and safety while delivering high‑quality clinical services.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient needs in the intensive care unit.
Advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.
Deliver safe, transparent and ethical care in line with NMC Nursing Vision, Mission and Values.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence.
Contribute to a positive patient experience and a learning culture.
Lead and influence improvements in healthcare delivery.

Demonstrated ethical conduct and trustworthiness.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate openly.
