Registered Nurse – IVF

About the role

The Registered Nurse – IVF will provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care within our IVF unit. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements and company policies while delivering high‑quality care to patients undergoing assisted reproduction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years recent experience in an IVF operating theatre.
• UAE experience is desirable.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Required skills
