Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide high‑quality, individualized nursing care to patients in long‑term and transitional care settings at Amana Healthcare, a leading provider of post‑acute services in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans for long‑term and transitional care patients.
• Deliver advanced nursing care, closely monitor medically complex, ventilated, or severely disabled patients, and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and assist with complex medical procedures following clinical guidelines and unit protocols.
• Maintain a culturally sensitive environment that promotes patient quality of life and family involvement.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and educational programs.
• Support staff development through supervision, performance evaluation, scheduling, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification nursing experience, including specialized services.
• Current nursing license in the country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA registration.
