Registered Nurse

About the role

The Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient‑centred care across a range of clinical settings. You will work collaboratively with physicians and allied health professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and offer emotional support.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and identify nursing diagnoses.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Deliver wound care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure safe patient admission, transfer and discharge.

Required profile

• Valid licence to practice as a registered nurse with the relevant UAE health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Desirable: experience working in an inter‑professional team, proficiency with electronic medical record systems, and ability to communicate in Arabic.
