About the role

The Registered Nurse – LTCU will join NMC Healthcare’s nursing team in Dubai, delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients in the Long‑Term Care Unit. The role supports the organisation’s vision of clinical excellence and its commitment to patient advocacy and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care while adhering to UAE Code of Conduct and professional licensure requirements.
• Speak up on safety concerns and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient care.
• Maintain up‑to‑date mandatory training and competency records.
• Supervise and mentor pre‑registration nurses, new graduates, and other healthcare staff as needed.
• Participate in teaching, mentorship, preceptorship, and clinical supervision activities.
• Contribute to performance improvement plans and quality assurance initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the UAE regulator.
• Commitment to the NMC Nursing Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Willingness to learn new clinical skills and engage in professional development.
• Ability to work within the limits of competence and take responsibility for actions.
