About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on the maternity ward, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company. Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality care for mothers and newborns.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
Experience as a Registered Nurse.
Interest to work in the Maternity Ward.
Basic Arabic language skills.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
