About the role
Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The successful candidate will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to neonates in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and UAE legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks in line with the hospital’s risk policies.
- Foster a positive patient experience by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
- Mentor, supervise and coach nursing learners and staff to build competence and maintain a learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum three years recent experience in a Level 3 NICU.
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
