Registered Nurse - OBGYN

About the role

The Registered Nurse – OBGYN will provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological nursing care within NMC Healthcare’s Dubai facilities. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the nurse ensures patient safety, comfort and optimal clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate OBGYN nursing care while adhering to UAE Code of Conduct and licensing requirements.
• Speak up on safety concerns and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date mandatory training and competency records.
• Support and supervise pre‑registration nurses, new graduates and other health‑care workers.
• Participate in teaching, mentorship, preceptorship and clinical supervision activities.
• Contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives, audits and performance‑improvement plans.
• Document and communicate patient information accurately to ensure safe, effective care.
