About the role
The Registered Nurse – OT will deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients in the operating theatre at Speciality Hospital Dubai, working within the professional scope of practice and prioritising health, wellbeing and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients, plan nursing care, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes in the operating theatre.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring transparency, ethical standards and patient safety at all times.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
- Engage in a learning culture, supporting continuous improvement and leading change in healthcare delivery.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse qualified to practice in the UAE.
- Commitment to NMC Nursing Vision, Mission and Values.
- Demonstrates safety, excellence, ethics, trust and collaboration.
- Places patient safety first and works within the defined scope of practice.
- Open to continuous learning and influencing positive change.
