Registered Nurse – Paediatrics (Outpatient)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse specialized in Paediatrics to join our outpatient department at Marina Clinic in Dubai. The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to children and their families in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Dubai Health Authority guidelines.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate paediatric patient care needs.
• Record patient histories, perform diagnostic tests and administer medications.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures and operate relevant medical equipment.
• Communicate clear updates to patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, respecting cultural and religious beliefs.
• Support patients and caregivers with health education and involvement in care decisions.
• Flexibly work across the organization to ensure safe staffing levels.

Required profile

• Valid UAE (DHA) medical health authority nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a paediatric hospital or similar setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
