Registered Nurse – Patient Care & Coordination

About the role

The Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care across multiple departments. You will work within your scope of practice, prioritising patient safety while collaborating with physicians and allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient needs, creating and updating care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and recognise and escalate abnormalities.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and assist in invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments and ensure safe admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and offer emotional support.
• Maintain and update clinical skills, including life‑support certifications.

Required profile

• Current licence to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
• Ability to manage personal professional re‑licensure.
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Willingness to work across departments as needed.
• Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) platforms for clinical documentation.
