Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Cosmesurge Hospital Umm Suqeim in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver safe, high‑quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans and support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care across various clinical settings.
• Educate patients and the public about health conditions and offer emotional support.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, collect and analyse health data, and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Record vital signs, monitor for abnormalities, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and update clinical skills, including life‑support certifications.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products, and monitor for reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and assist in invasive or non‑invasive procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

Required profile

• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Willingness to work across departments when needed.
• Commitment to professional re‑licensure and continuous education.
