About the role

Amana Healthcare, part of the M42 network, is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in pediatric long‑term and transitional care. The role involves delivering high‑quality, individualized nursing care to medically complex children in long‑term care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for long‑term and transitional pediatric patients.
• Provide advanced nursing care, close monitoring, and support for medically complex, ventilated, or severely disabled children.
• Administer medications and assist with complex medical procedures following clinical guidelines and unit protocols.
• Maintain a safe, culturally sensitive environment that enhances patient quality of life and encourages family involvement.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, audits, and educational programs.
• Support staff development through supervision, performance evaluation, scheduling, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification nursing experience, including experience in specialized services.
• Current nursing license in the country of practice.
• Clinical certification relevant to long‑term or pediatric care.
