Registered Nurse – Permanent Position in Al Ain, UAE

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders, Health Authority of Abu Dhabi regulations, and organizational policies. The role is based in Al Ain and follows a 12‑hour shift schedule with six days off per month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess, document, and regularly re‑evaluate patient status and develop a Plan of Care.
• Implement medication orders, treatments, and preventative nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate findings to the attending physician.
• Assist patients with transfers, wheelchair mobility, and bedside turning as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license issued by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum two years of general nursing experience in areas such as med‑surg, oncology, critical care, or clinics.
• Successful completion of medical fitness tests for UAE visa processing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, good physical stamina, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
