Registered Nurse – Surgical Ward

About the role

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Surgical Ward team in Dubai. You will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in line with clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a supportive environment.
• Mentor, supervise and coach junior staff and nursing learners.
• Contribute to a learning culture that enhances employee competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years of experience working in a surgical ward; UAE experience is a plus.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
