About the role

The Speciality Hospital Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized patient care while upholding the NMC Nursing Vision, Mission, and Values.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding patient care in line with the NMC Nursing Strategy.
• Speak up when safety concerns arise and ensure compliance with the UAE Code of Conduct and licensing regulations.
• Treat all patients with kindness, respect, and compassion, recognizing personal competence limits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date mandatory training and follow the NMC Nurse Competency Matrix.
• Support, mentor, and supervise pre‑registration nurses, new hires, and nursing students.
• Participate in teaching, mentorship, clinical supervision, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge, ensure competence before using medical devices, and involve patients in their own care.
• Report untoward, serious, and near‑miss incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Registered nurse licensed in the UAE and familiar with local scope of practice.
• Commitment to safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and patients.
• Willingness to take responsibility for actions and support a learning culture.
