Registration Coordinator - Billing & Invoicing

About the role

The Registration Coordinator – Billing & Invoicing will manage the end‑to‑end registration process for our programmes, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing. You will be the primary point of contact for participants, delivering a smooth experience from enrolment through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for all registered participants, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage the full registration cycle, verifying the completeness and accuracy of participant information.
• Update and maintain the ERP system with participant and financial data.
• Generate invoices and process payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor payment status, track outstanding balances, and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve registration or billing discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on registration activity and financial status for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on professionalism and satisfaction.
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong data‑entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
