Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role

Abbott’s Rapid Diagnostics Division is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regional regulatory activities for its Infectious Disease portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will coordinate product registrations, ensure compliance with local requirements, and support market entry strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and manage regulatory affairs processes to support business objectives.
• Coordinate and compile regional registration dossiers for submission.
• Assist with prioritisation and compliance of regulatory requirements across the region.
• Collaborate with business units to translate commercial needs into regulatory actions.
• Lead a small team of two regulatory professionals, providing guidance and supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs within medical devices or IVD.
• Proven ability to manage regional product registrations and navigate local regulatory landscapes.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
