About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Officer will manage and facilitate registration processes for pharmaceutical, veterinary and medical products. The role involves building relationships with regulatory authorities, supporting logistic teams, handling quality queries, and staying updated on regulatory changes that affect business development.

Key responsibilities

• Complete registration formalities for pharmaceutical, veterinary and medical products.
• Review regulatory documentation and technical product information.
• Provide regulatory support for the product portfolio and maintain an up‑to‑date registration database.
• Update licences, collect registration instructions, and complete forms required by government agencies (DM, MOH).
• Coordinate with logistic teams to obtain timely import permits and approvals.
• Maintain contact with regulatory authorities and facilitate successful product launches.
• Handle quality‑related questions, complaints, and minor change variations in registration dossiers.
• Perform pharma co‑vigilance activities, prepare SOPs, train staff, and provide documentation for PV audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Pharmacy background preferred but not essential.
