About the role
We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage regulatory activities related to product registration, renewals, submissions and compliance with UAE health authority requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous Regulatory Affairs experience in the UAE, with experience handling regulatory requirements for medical devices, pharmaceutical, aesthetic or healthcare products preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product registration and renewal processes with relevant UAE health authorities.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation and applications.
- Maintain accurate regulatory records, certificates, registrations, and product documentation.
- Monitor registration and renewal timelines and ensure submissions are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with UAE health authorities regarding regulatory submissions, queries, and required documentation.
- Review product documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
- Support regulatory submissions for new products, variations, renewals, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain required regulatory documents.
- Stay updated on applicable UAE regulatory requirements, guidelines, and procedures.
- Support the company in maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist with regulatory audits, inspections, and authority correspondence when required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs within the UAE.
- Experience with UAE health authority registration and regulatory submissions.
- Experience in medical devices (preferred) and pharmaceutical, aesthetic, or healthcare products (advantage).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory documentation and submission processes.
- Good attention to detail and strong document management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with health authorities, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple registrations, renewals, and regulatory deadlines simultaneously.
