Relationship Banker – Loan DST

About the role

The Relationship Banker – Loan DST will drive sales of personal banking products and services, focusing on loan solutions. You will engage prospects through calls, face‑to‑face visits, and micro‑marketing activities while ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for the financial year.
• Prospect targeted segments via phone calls and in‑person visits.
• Present and sell personal banking products ethically and professionally.
• Conduct kiosk and direct‑marketing activities.
• Handle objections to secure sales or payroll transfers.
• Ensure end‑to‑end turnaround time (TAT) for applications with quality adherence.
• Maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML/CTF, and bank policies.
• Record sales activities in daily reports and update the CRM system.
• Participate in team huddles, training, compliance, and fraud awareness sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate from any discipline with at least 2 years of banking experience.
• Confident, persistent, and personable with strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes.
• Ability to work in a competitive, regulated environment and adhere to bank policies.
