Relationship Manager - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic‑speaking Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact for participants in a sports championship. You will guide clients through the registration process, address their inquiries, and ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for all participating parties, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to confirm and complete registrations.
• Proactively follow up with schools and teams that have not finished their registration.
• Assist with registration‑related issues and guide users through the system.
• Answer questions about schedules, eligibility, participation requirements, and other event details.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions.
• Escalate unresolved matters to management when necessary.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
