Relationship Manager - Business Banking

About the role

Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE, is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Business Banking division in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, upgrading existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across assets, liabilities and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand Business Banking client portfolios, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Achieve targets for revenue, profit, asset and liability growth, as well as customer acquisition and cross‑selling.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide Relationship Officers to support business development.
• Provide advisory support on Trade Finance, Treasury, insurance and investment products.
• Maintain high service standards, ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk, credit, KYC, AML and internal policies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of banking experience, ideally in a Relationship Manager role.
• Strong understanding of SME banking, compliance regulations and internal policies.
