Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group is seeking a Relationship Manager for Strategic Corporate clients in Dubai. You will manage a portfolio of high‑value corporate customers, driving sustainable growth through cross‑selling and tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients, prepare and submit accurate credit applications, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design custom solutions across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Financial Market Solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive 360‑degree client dossier to capture current and future needs.
• Conduct regular client visits to identify business opportunities and assess risk.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures and service standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing corporate relationships and a client portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or a related field.
• UAE national eligibility.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and risk management.
