Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will develop and manage financial relationships with affluent clients in Abu Dhabi, offering a full suite of banking products and solutions. Working within a team‑based approach, the role focuses on attracting new customers, deepening existing relationships and delivering tailored wealth‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through marketing activities, gold centre contacts and personal network.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell banking products to increase team revenue and productivity.
• Acquire new‑to‑bank customers and identify potential expansion locations.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales and build trusted relationships with key clients.
• Promote financial products, collect required client information and assess risk profiles.
• Refer clients to appropriate channels based on identified needs.
• Implement Priority Banking services across surrounding branches.
• Monitor service levels, handle complaints, manage account closures and gather ad‑hoc feedback.
• Review credit applications, ensure proper documentation and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree or recognized professional certificate.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, investment, wealth management or financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Ability to evaluate client risk appetite and make appropriate referrals.
