Relationship Manager - Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will attract, deepen and manage financial relationships with affluent clients in Dubai. Using ADIB’s full suite of banking products, the role focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions that meet clients’ financial needs through a collaborative, team‑based approach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through marketing activities, gold centre contacts and personal networks.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell ADIB retail banking products to increase team revenue.
• Acquire new‑to‑bank customers, convert inbound and outbound leads, and identify potential expansion locations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and referral alliances.
• Promote financial products, collect required client information and assess risk profiles.
• Refer clients to appropriate channels and ensure smooth delivery of Priority Banking services across branches.
• Monitor service levels, handle complaints, manage account closures and gather ad‑hoc customer feedback.
• Review credit applications, adhere to processes, ensure proper documentation and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree or recognized professional certificate.
• Minimum three years’ experience in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management or financial planning.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Experience in sales, product development or wealth advisory for priority banking/HNI clients.
• Broad understanding of ADIB’s retail credit and operational policies.
• Familiarity with UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• UAE Financial Rules & Regulations certification.
• International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3).
