Relationship Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Real Estate will be responsible for growing and maintaining Mashreq's real‑estate client portfolio in Dubai. Leveraging deep market knowledge and the bank's financing product suite, you will originate deals, assess credit risk, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review the existing portfolio and recommend credit facilities that balance earnings and risk, aiming for high portfolio quality.
• Develop and execute relationship strategies and account plans, including cross‑sell initiatives to meet KPI targets.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers at client organisations to position Mashreq as their preferred banking partner.
• Provide hands‑on account management, coordinating with Treasury, Operations, Retail Banking, and Risk Management to deliver products and services efficiently.
• Maintain an active pipeline of new‑to‑bank transactions within the assigned market segment and geographic area.
• Prepare credit proposals, conduct credit risk assessments, and ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and related financing products.
• Proven experience managing real‑estate clients in Dubai.
• Ability to assess credit risk and structure financing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk‑management procedures.
