About the role
Emirates NBD Priority Banking is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve UAE nationals in Abu Dhabi. You will manage affluent client portfolios, providing tailored banking, Forex, liability and asset solutions while driving growth and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain virtual relationships with clients, ensuring high service quality and addressing operational concerns.
- Achieve financial targets by selling and cross‑selling bank products, focusing on portfolio growth, wealth referrals and Forex transactions.
- Comply with operational risk policies, sales processes and KYC regulations to protect the bank’s reputation.
- Maintain daily contact with portfolio clients to provide timely support and assistance.
- Deliver superior service quality to improve CSAT scores within your portfolio.
Required profile
- University degree in Business or Finance.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
- Experience across retail and wealth‑management banking areas.
