About the role

Join ADCB’s Retail Banking Group as a Relationship Officer – Excellency, where you will support retail and micro‑business customers by delivering high‑quality advice and services across conventional and Shari’ah‑compliant products. The role focuses on building lasting relationships and driving growth through cross‑selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, gathering feedback and researching new products to meet evolving needs.
• Review customer files to identify sales opportunities that drive cross‑sell, upsell and retention.
• Adhere to organisational policies, processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s people‑management policies.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards to provide exemplary customer service in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relationship management experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets, trends and wealth‑management products.
• Excellent negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Good numeracy and analytical skills.
