Relationship Property Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Relationship Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with buying and selling properties and negotiate deals, delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct client consultations to understand buyer and seller needs and provide property recommendations.
• Organise and conduct property viewings for clients.
• Negotiate prices, prepare contracts and ensure smooth closings.
• Provide market insights by staying informed on property trends, pricing and competitive listings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience with mandatory developer real‑estate background.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and property listing platforms.
• Valid real‑estate licence.
