Relationship Support Manager (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National Relationship Support Manager to join a leading multinational bank in Dubai. The role provides administrative and operational assistance to relationship managers, ensuring seamless delivery of banking services to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in servicing a portfolio of corporate banking clients.
• Lead client onboarding, product setup and ensure accurate system and account creation.
• Coordinate KYC documentation, refreshes and AML compliance requirements.
• Assist with enhanced due diligence, account screening and risk‑related reviews.
• Maintain Salesforce records, monitor sales pipelines and track business leads.
• Provide day‑to‑day client service, handle queries and support deposit management activities.
• Prepare management information, client presentations and materials for meetings.
• Support relationship planning, annual client reviews and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a database of prospective corporate clients.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
