Remote Vehicle Operator

About the role

The Remote Vehicle Operator monitors live vehicle operations and provides real‑time assistance to ensure safe and efficient rides across Dubai. Working on a rotating shift schedule, you will be the eyes and hands behind Moove's autonomous and manned fleet, supporting the platform 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
• Resolve issues independently and promptly escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate team lead.
• Track issue resolution through to closure and document findings.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance and flag them for further analysis.
• Communicate findings to relevant teams in a structured and timely manner.
• Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance system issues and feedback.
• Assist customer service specialists with user communications and follow‑up as needed.
• Support testing and feedback tasks related to remote assistance and customer service systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; field of study unrestricted.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Fast learner able to quickly master new systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with standard digital tools such as email and internal platforms.
