Reporting & Consolidation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the Group’s financial reporting and consolidation function. The role includes preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring IFRS compliance, managing statutory audits, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead group‑wide consolidation across multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closing, and produce management reports, board packs and variance analysis.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS standards (IFRS 10, 15, 16, IAS 21, 28, 36) and prepare technical accounting papers.
• Manage external audit engagements, strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Support annual budgeting, long‑term planning, forecasting and analyse performance against budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working‑capital, and improve cash conversion through receivables/payables management.
• Oversee VAT and corporate tax calculations and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8 + years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit and finance.
• Experience in large groups, real‑estate, asset management, infrastructure or multinational organisations; Big 4 audit experience is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and related accounting standards (IFRS 10, 15, 16, IAS 21, 28, 36).
• Expertise in multi‑entity consolidation and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in treasury and cash‑flow management.
• Understanding of VAT and corporate tax compliance.
