Requirements & Capabilities Director

About the role

The Requirements & Capabilities Director will lead Raytheon’s UAE subsidiary in shaping the company’s strategy, strengthening market position and driving growth across critical mission areas. Reporting to the Vice President, Requirements & Capabilities, the role is a key member of the Leadership Team and works closely with Raytheon Technologies global functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a country‑wide strategy that leverages customer insights, buying power and market dynamics to create competitive advantage.
• Lead a team of Customer Account Managers to nurture existing relationships and generate new pipeline opportunities.
• Identify and pursue key international markets, supporting Raytheon’s global business development initiatives.
• Represent Raytheon in industry and government committees, councils and studies to enhance enterprise engagement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on customer campaigns, pursuit status, licensing, TAAs, NDAs and consultant agreements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in aerospace, defense or related high‑technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and government procurement processes in the UAE.
• Strong track record of building and leading high‑performing account teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multinational environments.
