Resale Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a driven Resale Consultant to join its Dubai Marina office. You will focus on the secondary market, helping buyers and sellers navigate residential and commercial resale transactions across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resale listings for villas, townhouses, plots and apartments.
• Source new resale listings and engage property owners.
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis and pricing strategies.
• Arrange viewings, negotiate offers and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads.
• Stay informed on Dubai market trends, community developments and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to meet monthly targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Dubai resale/secondary market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends and resale procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (CRM, Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
• Experience using digital marketing platforms for property promotion.
