Research Associate

About the role

The Research Associate will join our R&D team in Dubai, driving innovation across skincare, haircare and baby‑care product lines. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, translating scientific insights into market‑ready formulations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct formulation research and develop new product concepts in cosmetics and personal care.
• Perform stability testing, accelerated and long‑term studies, and formulation assessments.
• Utilise basic laboratory tools and statistical software to analyse experimental data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during brainstorming sessions, project reviews and product strategy discussions.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates to inform product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of R&D experience in cosmetics or personal‑care products.
• Strong understanding of product development principles, formulation science and testing methodologies.
• Proactive, business‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and willingness to take calculated risks.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills for effective teamwork.
