Reservation Agent – DoubleTree By Hilton Resort & Spa

About the role

The Reservation Agent will be the first point of contact for guests booking their stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. You will manage reservations accurately, maximize room revenue through proactive selling and up‑selling, and ensure every interaction reflects Hilton’s signature hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process all reservation requests via phone, email and online channels.
• Provide accurate information on rates, availability and hotel facilities.
• Utilize up‑selling techniques to promote room upgrades, packages and ancillary services.
• Maintain reservation system data integrity and handle modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, sales and revenue teams to achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software or property management systems.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
