About the role
Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Reservation Agent, handling group and individual reservations via email, phone and WhatsApp, ensuring high standards and contributing to hotel revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Handle group and individual reservation inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp following reservation standards.
- Upsell rooms and services to maximize profitability.
- Use Accor distribution and reservation systems, rate architecture and revenue practices.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Create reports or participate in projects as directed.
- Assist other business units when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Reservations Agent.
- Knowledge of Accor distribution and reservation systems (preferred).
- Prior experience with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
