Reservation Agent (Female) – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent to join the Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from booking to stay.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and online reservation requests promptly and courteously.
• Enter and manage reservations accurately in the reservation system, recording guest details and preferences.
• Provide guests with up‑to‑date information on rates, promotions, facilities and available services.
• Recommend additional services and amenities to optimise revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk and other departments to fulfil special requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and current promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or a comparable reservation system.
• Basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
