Reservation Agent – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

As a Reservation Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay. You will ensure reservations are recorded accurately while promoting hotel offerings to maximise revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations, delivering a smooth and friendly experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities and recommend suitable room types, packages and offers to increase hotel revenue.
• Review and process reservations ensuring guest details, rates, preferences and special requirements are correctly recorded.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing personalized service that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
• Follow Hilton brand standards, reservation procedures, credit policies and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, reservations or a similar role.
