Reservation Agent

About the role

Addmind Hospitality is looking for a Reservation Agent to handle table bookings, guest inquiries, and upselling for its high‑energy beach venue, Be Beach. The role involves interacting with guests via phone, WhatsApp and email, ensuring accurate reservations and delivering premium service in a fast‑paced nightlife environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage table reservations through phone, WhatsApp and email using the SevenRooms system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date availability, pricing and guest information in the reservation platform.
• Confirm bookings, communicate details clearly and handle last‑minute changes or cancellations.
• Engage guests in English, upsell premium table packages, bottle service and event experiences.
• Support high‑profile events with DJs and special entertainment, working flexible and extended hours.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house and management teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
• Record guest preferences and special requests for personalized service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in nightlife, hospitality or venue reservations.
• Fluent, professional English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
• Based in Dubai and available for a trial period.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SevenRooms or a similar reservation management system.
