Reservation Manager – Night Life

About the role

Addmind Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function for its beach club venue in Dubai. The role oversees all booking channels, drives revenue through upselling and VIP services, and ensures a premium guest experience in a fast‑paced nightlife environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all incoming reservations via phone, WhatsApp and email, ensuring accuracy and professional service.
• Manage the SevenRooms reservation system – availability, pricing, guest profiles and reporting.
• Schedule and supervise the reservations team to guarantee coverage at all times.
• Handle escalated bookings, last‑minute changes, cancellations and complex group arrangements.
• Confirm next‑day reservations and flag daily for VIPs, private dining and special requests.
• Drive revenue by upselling premium table packages, VIP experiences, bottle service and event offerings.
• Monitor conversion rates, occupancy and revenue contribution, setting targets for the team.
• Provide accurate information on venue facilities, menus and booking procedures to guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing reservations in premium nightlife, nightclubs, beach clubs or similar high‑energy hospitality venues.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of increasing occupancy and average spend.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a high‑quality guest experience.
• Leadership experience supervising a reservations team and managing scheduling.
