Reservation & Ticketing Agent – Aviation

About the role

The Reservation & Ticketing Agent ensures accurate, compliant, and customer‑focused ticketing, reservation and ancillary services for airlines operating at Zayed International Airport. The role supports passengers during normal and disrupted operations while maintaining high service standards and precise financial handling.

Key responsibilities

• Issue manual and system‑generated EMDs and related documents for customer airlines.
• Perform ticketing functions, including issuance and re‑issuance of tickets and ancillaries using the Amadeus reservations desktop.
• Arrange effective land transport for disrupted guests.
• Report daily issued documents to airline finance teams and handle cash/credit‑card sales with shift‑wise reconciliation.
• Process cash deposits, respond to charge‑back queries, and prepare sales/revenue reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage stock of EBTs/MCOs, control issuance, segregation, reporting and replenishment.
• Oversee hub petty‑cash operations, including approvals, documentation and tracker maintenance.

Required profile

• Any degree‑level education, preferably in Aviation or airline management.
• Certificate courses with IATA or in ticketing & fare calculations.
• Minimum 2 years of aviation industry experience in an operational environment, including training.
• Fluent and proficient in English (written & verbal).
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern.
