About the role
As the first point of contact for guests, the Reservations Agent creates a welcoming impression and sets the tone for an exceptional stay at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to every guest interaction.
- Maximise revenue through up‑selling and optimal room selection.
- Recommend property facilities and handle special requests.
- Process room reservations, maintain accurate rooming lists and update the reservation system.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
- Guest‑focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Opera reservation system.
