Reservations Agent – Guest Services

About the role

Join Atlantis The Palm Dubai as a Reservations Agent, providing exceptional telephone support to guests worldwide. You will be the first point of contact for reservation inquiries, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and services.
• Process reservation requests accurately using the Opera system.
• Prepare and distribute reservation reports for the team.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center, front office, guest relations, or hotel reservations environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation and strong attention to detail.
• Patience, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French) are a plus.
