Reservations Agent

About the role

Join One&Only Resorts as a Reservations Agent at the iconic One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book stays, ensuring every reservation is handled with precision, warmth, and a deep understanding of our brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest payment and personal information.
• Communicate current packages, promotions, and tiered offers to guests.
• Update relevant departments on guest preferences such as transport, wine, cots, or special pillow requests.
• Ensure all reservation details are recorded correctly in the system.
• Provide prompt, courteous service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in hotel reservations or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera reservation system.
