Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team at La Suite Dubai Hotel & Apartment, part of NH Collection Hotels & Resorts. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking accommodation, handling bookings across multiple channels while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process individual and group reservation requests via phone, email, website and other booking channels.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, promotions and hotel facilities.
• Update, modify and cancel reservations in line with hotel policies.
• Enter all reservation details accurately into the Property Management System.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, handle complaints and special requests, escalating when necessary.
• Upsell room categories, packages and additional services to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor room availability, report booking trends and ensure compliance with brand standards and data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism diploma/degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, front office or related hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems, preferably Opera or Opera Cloud.
