Reservations Agent (VAJ)

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking information on room rates, packages and promotions. Working within Emaar Hospitality Group, you will ensure a smooth, timely and professional reservation experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all room reservation inquiries via telephone, fax, email and internet in line with company standards.
• Provide accurate information on rates, packages and promotions while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Support revenue generation by adhering to pricing and upselling guidelines.
• Monitor operational, financial and quality performance metrics related to reservations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in room reservations or a call‑centre environment.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Certificate in telephone skills and customer service is an advantage.
• Strong sales and administrative abilities with good business English.
