Residence Concierge

About the role

The Residence Concierge will be the face of The Lana Residences, delivering personalised guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment. You will join a passionate team that values diversity, inclusion and the "We Care" philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level concierge services to residents and guests, including reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
• Promote the Dorchester Collection culture and values in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
