About the role

Join Mama Shelter Dubai as a Residence Manager and become the heart of the residential experience. You will lead a dynamic team, build lasting relationships with long‑term residents, and ensure every stay feels personal, seamless and unmistakably Mama.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day residential operations, fostering a vibrant environment for residents and staff.
• Develop genuine connections with long‑term residents, anticipating needs and delivering warm, memorable service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the residential services team, including housekeeping, maintenance and concierge.
• Manage the resident journey from check‑in to check‑out, handling requests, concerns and follow‑ups.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing, rates, discounts, inventory and operational costs to support financial performance.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong leadership mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a home‑away‑from‑home atmosphere.
• Hands‑on, approachable attitude and ability to inspire by example.
• Experience managing residential or hotel operations is preferred.
